RC drop 230mm

I'm excited to share my latest RC candy drop design, specifically tailored for Tower Pro MG 90 servos. The chamber is carefully crafted to accommodate these servos, making installation a breeze. This particular model measures 230mm in length and is a modified version of another design I posted earlier (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3368224), which is 270mm long and requires two servos to operate the doors. When choosing servos, aim for ones that match these dimensions for easier installation. The flat clips secure the servos in place within the tray. To assemble the small hinges, simply slide a PLA rod into the holes and then glue them when aligning the doors with the main chamber. Standard push rods connect the control horn of the servo to the flap on the door. This design is optimized for full-size printing on a 300mm x 300mm printer, but feel free to scale it down to fit your printer's dimensions. Keep in mind that scaling may affect the servo chamber area, potentially requiring adjustments to ensure a proper fit with your chosen servo. This project was created using Tinkercad and can be edited online at https://www.tinkercad.com/things/9MI8DLZTHN6.
