The Scale Drift Project: A Custom Intercooler for a RWD RC Drifter We're designing an intercooler specifically for our RWD RC drifter, built around a 240sx platform. To create a robust and efficient heat exchanger, we'll be printing the core with a large size and using 10% infill. Print Settings: Printer Brand: SeeMeCNC Printer Model: Rostock MAX v2 Rafts: No rafts will be used to minimize print time and simplify post-processing. Supports: No supports are required for this design, allowing for a clean and smooth finish. Infill Density: 10% infill will provide the optimal balance between strength and weight. Notes: Due to the unique shape of our intercooler, it may be necessary to rotate the print so that the ribbed front is facing upwards. This adjustment will ensure proper cooling performance and prevent any potential issues with airflow.
