RC Crawler Tank

RC Crawler Tank

thingiverse

This is my latest RC Tank, built with speed and versatility in mind. I focused on creating an all-terrain capable vehicle that's ready for action. To bring this project to life, you'll need to 3D print the parts and source a few essential components. Don't forget to grab: * M3 x 40mm button head screws for the tracks * M3 x 12mm button head screws for the frame * M3 nylon locking nuts for tracks and frame * 12 x 6000 size bearings * 2 x 540 size motors (I opt for 55T) * ESC drives for the motors * Batteries designed for quadcopters and planes * M3 Push Fit Thread inserts (4mm OD, 5mm L) The axles and mounting pillars require threaded inserts to function correctly. I've designed my electronics board with a HC-12 module capable of 1km range. My device features stall detection on each side and temperature monitoring for both motors and ESCs. Feel free to ask me about my custom controller, motherboard, or request the designs and firmware. If you prefer, you can use your own controller and receiver. The PCB panel has mounting pillars for the motherboard, along with holes for communication antennas (FPV and Controller) and a toggle switch. If you have any questions or notice missing parts, just leave a message or comment, and I'll do my best to respond!
