I control RC horns for my RC planes with ABS. I ran out of RC horns and decided to draw and print some myself. It prints extremely well and works perfectly. I included various formats so you can adjust it to your liking. Print Settings Printer: Cubicon Single Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: High Infill: 100% Notes: I used ABS for this with a heated bed and hot print chamber. How I Designed This RC Control Horn Draw a right angle Add a three-point curve Extrude to give it thickness Add a construction line, centerline to navigate Add circles Cut a few holes Fillet the holes Draw the outline of the horn Create radius Cut a few holes Fillet the holes Create points for a join and execute the join
