Based closely on ideas from juper42's control horns but with larger holes for pushrods to fit through, allowing more clearance, and an offset design enabling the pushrod to align directly over the hinge line for consistently smooth throws. These custom control horns were designed specifically for a mod I'm currently working on for my Parkzone Radian model airplane. The control horn prints can be successfully printed by positioning them so that their long side lies flat on the build platform, angling the base at 45 degrees and printing without any support materials needed. Since they are quite small, I opted to use a dense filling of 100% for maximum stability and strength.
