I created this custom control horn specifically for RC planes because I couldn't find one that met my standards on Thingiverse. This design is ideal for use with foamy type aircraft, and installation is relatively simple. To integrate it into your plane, you'll need to cut a slit in the foam material, apply some glue, and then insert the horn. The tapered tab that fits into the foam helps minimize snagging and tearing. When using this control horn, make sure to position the holes directly over the hinge point of the control surface. This alignment ensures that the movement of the control surface is as linear as possible, resulting in a more precise flight experience.
