I recently designed my own thumb wheel attachment for driving my RC car one-handed because I wasn't satisfied with the available options. I'm posting here in case others are searching for a similar solution. This attachment is compatible with steering wheels approximately 50mm in diameter. On my GT3B, with foam installed (which is crucial due to the spring grip), it measures about 51-52mm, so the fit is fairly accurate. It should work on any model with a wheel of similar size. I printed mine in PETG and it fits tightly without requiring any additional attachments at this point.
