RC Car Tire & Rim 120 mm Diameter

This is a design that prints without supports…I printed this in PLA and yes I know that tires are supposed to be made of rubber ( in 3D print TPU is the usual substitute) but as my car is going to field test in the garden with grass and dirt PLA should work fine ! The tire surface has a chevron shape so it should be good for mud and may be snow (we will see in the winter I guess).The print files are for 2 wheels… The washer is needed to connect to the hex wheel axle (its function is that of a spacer).The photo gives an idea of the overall progress… Which is looking good except I just broke one of the sun gear axles 😟?! So I will reprint a few but maybe I need to increase the strength of the part somehow and/or limit the torque.I've since released the car !
