I built this robot design about 3 years ago, and it's still one of my favorite creations in SOLIDWORKS. I took charge of designing the entire body and the base motor, then reversed its direction using a precision Vernier Caliper. I also designed the IR sensors and ball caster wheel, as well as the motor holders and IR sensor mounts. The Arduino UNO was sourced from an unknown supplier, but it's been working flawlessly ever since. I chose the L298N H-Bridge Motor Driver for its reliability and versatility. The wooden parts were created using SOLIDWORKS, with files available in .SLDPRT format. These can be easily modified and converted for production using a laser cutting machine. The assembly file brings all the components together seamlessly. If you like this design, please give it a thumbs-up and share your thoughts! I used SOLIDWORKS Visualize Pro to create these stunning renderings.
