I'm creating a 1:25th scale rc car design, with one main goal being to make it printable on even the smallest of printers, so all parts are well within a 100mm square build volume. I also aim for ease of use and overall performance with common hardware, specifically Metric M3 bolts and nuts used throughout the entire design. This is still a work in progress, so bear with me while I continue to refine it. UPDATE: August 2017 - After a 2-year hiatus, I revisited this project again, sorry internet folks! Made some significant changes and can finally include turning capabilities. There are new parts, including a bearing carrier, which I'm currently working on, as well as the drive system, which may be a belt or shaft drive, but potentially something entirely new. UPDATE: September 2015 - Entire model got an overhaul. A-arms were redesigned for printing, with no overhangs and a flat design, shock towers were also completely revamped, resulting in a lighter chassis pan, and I added the "bearing carrier" part to further enhance performance. I'm currently focusing on creating turning knuckles and top control arms, aiming for a complete rolling chassis within a few months - anyone want to lend a hand? Below are key parts needed: - A-arms - Chassis pan - Shock Towers - Bearing Carriers
