RC Car Front and Rear Test Stands

RC Car Front and Rear Test Stands

thingiverse

For a school assignment, Team Pink was tasked with making an RC car autonomous using an Arduino. To simplify testing, we built stands that allow the wheels to spin freely in mid-air. The base design serves both the front and rear sections equally well; the top part simply slides into place on the base and can be secured either by swiveling it or attaching it permanently with glue. This clever design also reduces unnecessary support material. The parts were meticulously designed using Fusion 360, and as we speak, they are currently being printed out. The estimated printing time is approximately seven hours. Team Pink will share pictures of the project soon, stay tuned for updates.
