An RC car is a thrilling pastime with enthusiasts often investing heavily in their vehicles. The next part of my four-part series focuses on designing the front axle. Necessary materials include ABS plastic for supports and wheels, steel for connections, and rubber tires. Chassis and connectors can be machined or made through injection molding or 3D printing, while tires can be produced via molding or with flexible 3D-printing material.
