RC Car

I'm designing a 1:25th scale RC car that can be printed on even the smallest of printers, so all parts fit snugly within the 100mm square build volume. My main goals are to make this design user-friendly and efficient by using common hardware throughout, such as Metric M3 bolts and nuts, and ensuring overall ease of use, build quality, and function. It's a work in progress, so bear with me... UPDATE 7-3-2017: I revisited this project after two years, made some changes, and added the ability to turn - people of the internet, rejoice! New parts have been created and I'm working on the drive system, considering options like belt drives or shaft drives. Maybe I'll even come up with a new type of drive system. UPDATE 7-25-2015: I made significant changes to the model, redesigned the A-arms for overhang-free printing, flat shock towers, a lighter chassis pan, and added bearing carriers. Next up are turning knuckles and top control arms - if you want to help me achieve a rolling chassis in a few months, let me know!
