RC Buggy

RC Buggy, larger than 1/8 scale (check out the picture next to a standard 1/8 buggy). The buggy was printed entirely in PETG, but polycarbonate is highly recommended for gears and half shafts if possible. PDF assembly drawings are attached. I used the following print settings for the plastic parts: 4 perimeters 4 solid layers 0.3mm layer height 25% rectilinear infill for everything except the drivetrain, 100% for the drivetrain The tires were printed in NinjaFlex using the following settings: 3 perimeters (a soft tire like this requires at least 4) 3 solid layers (increase to 4 for better results) 0.3mm layer height 5% gyroid infill All printed parts are within the capabilities of a Prusa i3 mk3, and no support is required. I used dowel pins for assembly, although aluminum rods cut to length can also be used. Tools needed for assembly: Taps (4-40, 6-32, 8-32, 10-24) 0.251" reamer All pin connections are modeled as 0.25" and are reamed for the best fit Standard set of hex keys Electronics: Motor: Turnigy XK-3665 3190kV (check out this high-performance brushless inrunner motor on hobbyking.com) https://hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-xk-3665-3190kv-brushless-inrunner.html ESC: Turnigy 160A 1/8 scale ESC (get the latest sensorless ESC with fan from hobbyking.com) https://hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-160a-1-8th-scale-sensorless-esc-w-fan.html Battery: Turnigy 3300mAh, 4S, 70C (check out this high-capacity lipo pack on hobbyking.com) https://hobbyking.com/en_us/turnigy-nano-tech-3300mah-4s-70c-lipo-pack-w-xt-90-hr-tech.html Radio: Hobbyking 2ch radio/receiver (get the latest AFHDS 2A system from hobbyking.com) https://hobbyking.com/en_us/hobbyking-gt2e-afhds-2a-2-4ghz-2-channel-radio-system.html Servo: RioRand MG995 (check out this high-torque servo on Amazon) https://www.amazon.com/SCASTOE-Servo-Torque-Helicopter-Airplane/dp/B06Y5T4MB4/ref=sr_1_6?keywords=servo+RioRand+MG995&qid=1564539948&s=gateway&sr=8-6 Misc.
