RC Boat Dimensions of boat: approximately 57 centimeters by 27 centimeters. Minimal printer volume required: 165.5 millimeters by 140 millimeters by 170.8 millimeters. Support is necessary for Body_part1 and Rudder_part4; other parts either do not require support or the support is part of the model. Infill is set to 10% for both covers. Printing material used is PLA, glue is cyanoacrylate-based, and finish is acrylic spray paint applied to make the floats waterproof. Coupler x four: To facilitate switching between different body parts or replacing a single float when something breaks, pause the print at 4.8 millimeters in height, insert an M3 nut into the coupler, then resume printing (ensure that the nut is completely covered by the already printed part). Alternatively, glue the coupler to the float and the body. The rudder is mounted on a hinge and secured in place by rubber. If it hits something, the rudder or the entire body should not break. To eliminate the hinge mechanism for the rudder, simply glue Rudder_part3 and Rudder_part4 together. Receiver and ESC are attached using double-sided duct tape. The servo has its own holder, which is glued to Body_part1. A battery is placed in position with velcro (approximately in the middle of the boat).
