RC Biplane
thingiverse
As I was browsing online, I stumbled upon a brushless upgrade kit for my MJX F45 helicopter. It had been years since I last flew a heli, so I decided to repurpose the components for a RC airplane instead. Since it's been so long, all I have left are two servos, and it'll be a straightforward bank-and-yank setup. To top it off, this is my very first airplane project - fingers crossed that it flies smoothly! Instead of purchasing the upgrade kit, I ordered a similar plane setup with an ESC, motor, and propeller. Unfortunately, the included 1045 prop was too large, which I discovered only after designing my aircraft. To rectify this, I also bought some 5-inch props as a backup. So far, I've only modeled one wing - the left side - while the right wing is simply a mirror image of its counterpart. There's a good chance that I'll print everything in red. Right now, I'm waiting for my parts and new printer to arrive. Once I have everything ready, I'll upload all the necessary files and components so you can join me on this project!
With this file you will be able to print RC Biplane with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on RC Biplane.
