The goal is to create a Radio Control (RC) canard type basic trainer airplane with specific features. It should be designed using low-cost materials for home building, have small dimensions not exceeding 1 meter in span and length, weigh less than 1 kilogram, and have a wing loading of under 70 grams per decimeter squared. The power system includes an EMAX GT2210 brushless engine powered by a 3S 2200 mAh Lipo battery, with 3-axis control using four Hitec HS-55 servos and controlled via a 6-channel 2.4 GHz transmitter/receiver. The airframe is made of styrofoam or depron and constructed using tools like a hot wire foam cutter, blade cutter, and hot glue gun. Feedback on the design and build process is appreciated.
