RC AIRWOLF Rocket Launcher
cults3d
A colleague of mine is a die-hard enthusiast when it comes to radio control helicopters. Right now, he's building an RC model of Airwolf. He recently asked me if I was interested in designing and creating the guns and rocket launcher for his Airwolf model. As a kid, I loved watching the show, so I eagerly accepted the challenge. I started by working on the rocket launcher, which is now complete. Next week, I'll begin building the machine guns. I designed this model into several parts for two main reasons: to achieve better details and avoid using supports altogether. Additionally, breaking it down into separate pieces will make painting much easier – a process I'm not too fond of. The holes in the model are large enough to accommodate 3mm rods, which can be used for centering the different parts. For this purpose, I've included four 6mm and four 12mm rods. To create the tubing on top, I utilized silver-copper wire with a diameter of 1mm. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please feel free to ask in the comments below or contact me directly at bishop-creations@ziggo.nl. This model measures 122 mm in length, 57 mm in width, and 21.5 mm in height.
