RC 1.9 Internal beadlock rim

A 12mm hex RC rim, measuring 1.9 inches in diameter, employs an internal beadlock design to securely hold the tire onto the rim. Choose from honeycomb or lined support when printing the main rim file for easier cleanup. Additionally, print support is needed for the ring as well. Tighten 2mmx10mm socket caps into the pre-tapped screw holes, or simply use plastic screws. To install, place the ring inside the tire and clamp the bead (thick or thin) onto the rim to secure everything in position. For all rims, clean up the axle shaft hole by drilling 4mm, while using an 8mm drill bit for large detail holes and a 5mm drill bit for small ones. Lastly, use a 2mm drill bit to tidy up bead ring holes.
