I've got a tire jig that makes gluing tires onto my 1/8th offroad rims a breeze, courtesy of 6Mic - their product is absolute perfection! (http://6mik-racing.com). However, I figured I could take it to the next level by creating an adapter ring for even better consistency. All you need are three 3M screws to get started. This design is specifically tailored to my tire jig, but it's likely versatile enough to fit other jigs as well - you might just need to drill some new holes if the existing ones aren't a perfect match.
