RBES heavy duty hinge

This hinges was created for using as the part of 3D-printer enclosure. Russian-spoken people can find more information here: http://jimblog.me/?p=23660 But as most of the hinges, this one can be used anywhere. Metal insert (hinge axle: part 2) was made from copper coupler for 1/2 copper plumbing pipes. Can be found at most of hardware stores. Use it as is. No fitting/cutting required. If you do not have such couplers or don't want to use them... Of course it can be printed (file included). Three of these hinges (with copper inserts) easily holds the lid almost 30 lb weight. Was not tested with 3d-printed inserts. So... you have a chance to find it yourself :-)
