RBA - House 2

RBA - House 2

thingiverse

A 1:100 house design concept in Western Australia was modeled in Archicad and printed using a Replicator 2 with Makerware slicer. Despite fewer issues than House 1, curling problems still occurred. Multiple louvres and additional pieces were printed separately and glued on later. Print settings included 10% infill, 0.22mm layer height, and 3 shells. Due to the build plate size, printing was done in four ground sections to minimize curling issues. No support was needed as it had already been modeled under large openings. Roof sections were printed on their sides for optimal surface finish.
