RB2 Tilted LCD front covers
thingiverse
This is a custom LCD display case and accompanying name plate for the Rigidbot 2 (RB2). Now owners of RB2's without LCDs can easily install a stock one, while those with existing ones can now view them more clearly. These components will replace either original panel configuration. There is minimal post-processing required on the upper tabs of the tilted LCD case to enable printing without support material. See post-processing instructions below. First, insert the name plate into the top edge and then the LCD case in the same way. You may need to push up on the name plate tabs to get them started, after which they will snap into place. By pushing up on the bottom face of the tilted LCD case, it will also snap into position. To remove both panels, simply reach inside and press up on the bottom tabs. As with all my printer parts, these are precision-made components. For optimal results, it's highly recommended to use calibrated filament using the method found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1037301
