This is a basic test to create razor wire for miniatures or dioramas. To print quickly, use a clean, flat build base. After printing, carefully remove the build bed and twist it around a pencil or dowel rod to shape. Work the wire like a spring by pushing and pulling it back and forth while twisting it counterclockwise until you achieve the desired shape.
