I just got my first double edge razor, so I naturally had to design a stand for it. With time running short, I started by creating a 3D model of a helical gear stock part and modified it to build a stabilized razor stand. The stand consists of two parts: the main stand and a plug. The main part has a cavity for coins or any weights you want to use. The plug clips into place at the bottom of the stand to hold the coins in. Super simple yet highly effective, this design gets the job done! Fusion 360 file included for easy editing.
