Creating a simple sharpening jig for a 1.5" single edge razor blade requires minimal effort. Simply insert the blade sideways into the jig. One side of the jig features a precise 10-degree angle with a deliberate 2mm offset. The other side is angled at around 30 degrees, providing an ideal surface for finer grit honing. I use the 10-degree angle to hone the large bevel, while reserving the 30-degree angle for more delicate tasks involving finer grits.
