Razor Scooter Handlebar Carrier

I really love cslang's [Razor A5 LUX Carry Bracket](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2513754) design, but I found that carrying wasn't comfortable with the weight of the scooter held by something that just clips on - I wanted a more secure fastening solution. My take on this type of bracket attaches just below the handlebars using two M3x12mm socket head cap screws and nuts, and it includes a keyed portion on the back to prevent twisting once in place. This design is available to print in two versions: one wider, one narrower - both as preferred. Both hold the handlebars securely in place when folded and provide an attachment point for a carry strap. I've installed this bracket on a A5 LUX scooter and also on a regular small Razor scooter... The dimensions were the same for both installations.
