The Razor Powerwing scooter is a visually appealing and enjoyable ride to operate. In designing this scooter, cost efficiency was prioritized through the utilization of common materials and established manufacturing techniques. To ensure stability, Finite Element Method (FEM) calculations were carried out on key components like the front fork and rear plate (see .par documents for further details). Foldability is a distinctive feature of this scooter, making transportation and storage hassle-free. The locking mechanism is user-friendly; simply lift the red metal knob up and fold the scooter to secure it. The design includes a spring/rubber band-loaded knob, thanks to the assistance of Taavi Kaus. In addition to the scooter, a helmet concept has been incorporated into this entry, which aligns well with the Razor brand. This accessory would undoubtedly be appreciated by riders of the Powerwing scooter.
