Simple aircraft razor plane designed for balsa wood and other lightweight woods. This tool can be utilized to smooth out leading and trailing edges, fuselages, wings, and tails of free flight or RC planes. Print Settings: Printer: GEEETech I3 PRO B Rafts: No rafts are required. Supports: No supports needed. Resolution: A resolution of 0.2mm is achieved. Infill: The infill density used is 30%. Notes: Esun PLA was employed with the printing head temperature set to 195°C and the bed temperature at 70°C, utilizing a 0.4mm nozzle. Post-Printing: For completion, an M2x20mm screw and M2 nut are necessary, along with a razor blade obtainable from a local model shop.
