Razor & Brush Stand
thingiverse
I couldn't find any designs that fit my razors or caught my eye, so I decided to take matters into my own hands and create my own. This is my first foray into 3D design, so please bear with me as I navigate the learning curve. There are a few imperfections, but I'm working on refining the design and experimenting with new features like a drip tray for the brush and possibly a bowl to complement it. Before printing, make sure you double-check the dimensions of your razors to ensure they match the model. This design is specifically tailored to my razors, so some adjustments might be necessary to accommodate yours. While printing without supports may be possible, I opted to use them just in case and was pleasantly surprised by the results. As for printing it on its side, I haven't tried it myself, but feel free to experiment and see how it turns out. Keep in mind that my understanding of Fusion360 is still in its infancy, and I'm not yet proficient in rotating objects in .stl files. A word of caution: if you only print the brush holder, be aware that it will topple over. To prevent this, consider printing with a high infill or pausing during the process to add weights for added stability. Update: A revised model featuring the drip tray has been uploaded. Please note that I haven't tested this design yet, so proceed with caution. With the tray in place, the brush should be securely supported without tipping over, even when no razors are present.
