The razor blade scraper by Mrcleanr6 was useful for removing prints from bed surfaces; however, my 22mm x 43mm double-edged blades were too wide and off-center in the holder. Thus, I redrew the design to suit my specific needs. Additionally, I added a slip cover due to safety concerns with exposed razor blades. A version with blade locking is available, as well as another model with superior blade retention. Printed at 0.15mm layer height and 0.40mm extrusion width, the design features a thin track on one side of the holder for cleaner slots. Be sure to break through this track when inserting blades from the side. A DesignSpark Mechanical CAD file is also provided for interested users.
