The replacement blade is locked into position as it rides over the frame's interior supports, secured tightly by a snapping lid and a sliding mechanism on the handle's underside. It is crucial to exercise caution when removing the lid for blade swapping purposes. To use: simply snap off the existing blade cap, locate the replacement, slide it onto the grooved track on the handle, then firmly push the solid side of the vertical blade assembly into position.
