Razor blade scraper with bolts and cover - Remixed

Based on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:697672 originally made by jsc, The scraper above was a nice-looking scraper that used razor blades but once printed had two issues. The blade holder was held only by friction and the cap was over-engineered too tight to put in place. The cup was much more secure than the blade. So I decided to make some changes. This scraper uses two M2.5 bolts, 5mm long (4mm long should fit better), and two M2.5 nuts. In this version, the blade is fixed securely with screws and the cup is held by friction. To print this item, you need to print three files: 1) scraper.stl (modified with M2.5 screws and nuts); 2) lid.stl (the same as the original); and 3) scrapercup.stl (a new simplified lid cup). I include all the files, including sources, so you can re-modify this item to suit your needs. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prisa I3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20% Notes: Used PLA at 200 degrees; no need for supports How I Designed This Using FreeCAD, I modified the razor-scraper.igs file and fixed scraper.stl using netfabb Basic.
