<p>At work I have a Fortus 250 and removing the ABS+ from the disposable print trays can be a lot of work if you don't have the right tool. That's why I made this thing. Just slide in a blade and remove any remnants from previous prints and reuse! Recycling is fun.</p><p>This thing is designed from scratch yet quite similar to one I printed awhile back:</p><p><a href="https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:245702">http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:245702</a></p><p>...but I had to design my own so that it wouldn't use as much support material. The main difference between mine and mrcleanr's is that mine doesn't have a pleated handle-head connection. I've also included a screenshot of the suggested Support Settings for printing so you don't have to put it in the ol' acid bath for five days to disintegrate the material in the slot.</p><h3>How I Designed This</h3><p><strong>Don't let model material populate the blade insert!!</strong></p><p>It takes FOREVER to eat that stuff away in the acid bath.
