I always reach for a razor instead of the standard razor knife because I can achieve finer detail and precision with it. However, this method often leaves me with minor cuts, which led me to create a protective cover and slide guard. The friction generated by the device securely holds Irwin blades in place. It's worth noting that other blade types seem flimsy and thinner, so if you decide to use this setup, I recommend purchasing the Irwin pack of blades from Lowes for optimal results. Additionally, I've included a very light scraper turned 90 degrees, which can be used with caution - remember, these are razor blades.
