Razor Blade Caddy

Razor Blade Caddy

Human: Basic caddy for standard single-edge utility razor blades. I'm fed up with the "free" thin PET plastic case that comes with every 100-count package of razors popping open and spreading loose blades all over my tool chest. This caddy is designed to fit just enough clearance to allow blades to slide in easily, but not so much room for them to slop and rattle around. Ends are slotted, and inner dividers are lowered to make it easier to remove packed blades. Dividers are spaced carefully to prevent the last blade in a segment from falling flat and being hard to remove. The base is pocketed for easier removal from the build plate. However, there are two versions of this model: one with a chamfer around the base to aid removal and deal with "Elephant's Foot," and another with "Mouse Ears" at the corners and no base bevel, to improve edge bed adhesion when printing high-warp materials like ABS/ASA and Nylon. Tri errors reported in KISSlicer where FreeCAD performed the pocketing for the end-slots have been fixed in updated models. A bug in FreeCAD causes overlapping coincident pockets to cause triangle error when exporting. Adjusted pocket reference points, and now everything is working smoothly.
