Razer X USB Headset Strain Relief (Max Extension)

After my son had his headset for less than 3 weeks before one of the cans snapped off (he has a big head and wears it at full extension) we go a replacement and I decided to create some strengthening. At full extension there is a thin fragile piece of plastic that is subject to strain each time the headset is flexed to put on or take off. To counter this is have made a snap on support that fits snugly and replicates the shape of the headband. This larger cross section not only strengthens the offending area but it also eliminates the flexing of the thin plastic.
