Razer Phone Bumper Case with Rounding Edges
thingiverse
I was fed up with buying Razer Phone cases only to be let down by one flaw or another. So I took it upon myself to design something that would give me satisfaction while safeguarding my phone. The secondary objective was to soften the sharp edges while protecting all sides. The added bonus is that this should also fit the Razer Phone 2, although since I don't own one, I'm not entirely sure. In the photos you can see that I have a dbrand skin on my unit, but it still fits without any issues. I printed my version on a CR-10 using a .3 mm extruder. The layers were printed at .12 mm height, and they should be fine at .15 and possibly even at .2 mm. In my prints, the slicer I am utilizing, Simplify 3D version 4.0, did not print any supports for the open areas. It truly amazed me when no structures showed up, but the print spanned the open volume, USB ports, and scanner ports without any sagging.
