<p>Dropped my headphones and they snapped just above the ear piece. I didn't want to drill into the plastic, and I didn't trust glue to really do the job properly. So, I decided to teach myself Onshape and try to design a clamshell bracket to make these workable again. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!</p><p>I used 6-32 socket head cap screw (5/8" long, I think), and a standards 6-32 hex nut; both I had lying around. M3/4-40 hardware may also work.</p>
