As it turns out, Razer Man O War headphones have a tendency to break near the top, and fortunately, using a 3D printer makes it relatively easy to fix them. To do this, simply cut off those loose connectors on the left side and insert these new ones instead. Next, place the top cushion inside the fix, making sure the ears of the fix are positioned at the top (where the text is). I opted for Nylon when printing the repair part because I was looking for something that's both hard and flexible. While PLA might not be a suitable choice, as it could potentially leave sharp edges in your head if it breaks, Nylon seems like a safer option. For the print settings, I recommend using a layer height of either 0.2 or 0.1 mm, along with an infill of 100% - this is especially important since the repair part is relatively small and requires extra structural integrity. Finally, don't forget to enable support for the print.
