I've been experiencing connection problems with my Razer Mamba Wireless since switching desks, moving from a glass top surface to a thick wood one. I discovered that elevating the dock/charger above the table resolved the issues. Initially, I used an old GameBoy SP as a makeshift base until I designed and built a custom plinth to hold it in place.
