I altered the design just a little to round out the edge for the controller to fit better. I also added pegs that fit in the screw holes on the back just slightly off center to help hold it in place with no additional adhesive. I used Cura with the new version of tree supports oriented with the flat side to the print bed. Printed at 0.3mm just for speed and the extra ridges actually helps to add more texture as a grip. To print opposite side just mirror it.
