You will need:6 M2*16 screws6 M2 hex nutsSlip the part of fabric with the hole in between the two wire parts in the headband and fit the nubs of fabric between the two halves pressing them together. Mine have not had any issues yet.I would highly recommend adding thickness to the top, bottom, and walls.Feel free to customize the blanks however you need.
