Razer 230W Laptop PSU Wire Wrap
thingiverse
UPDATE 09/10/20: I uploaded a revised version with some added ventilation. I'm not sure how much it helps with heat dissipation, but it seemed like a worthwhile addition. The PSU doesn't appear to be noticeably warmer. When the PSU is in use, the PLA does get warm and slightly pliable, but it doesn't warp on its own. I decided to take care of my laptop's power supply for $140. I designed this cradle and wire wrap to fit the 230W PSU that came with my 2020 15" Razer Blade. I'm not sure what other models use this charger, but I'm sure there are some. It's a very simple design meant to protect and easily store the charger. It could surely be improved upon, but it works great as is. I haven't monitored how hot the power brick gets under load, so vents may need to be added. I'll update in the future with results. I ordered a 6' left angle PC power cord from Amazon for about $8. It made sense with this design and gives you an even longer cord than OEM.
