I posed him, added a base, and optimized it for printing. He prints in three pieces that need to be glued together at the end. Printing settings recommend both a brim and supports. I print at 0.12 mm resolution. To glue them together, I use Loctite super glue. Line up the base first, then glue the head once it's dry. This lets you correct for any warping that might have occurred during printing. If you want to paint it, start by sanding and spraying a primer first. Then, paint with acrylic craft paint. I use the cheap kind from Walmart and it works fine, just make sure to thin it with water first. After painting, spray mine with Krylon Colormaxx Clear - Flat to protect the paint.
