This 3D model was originally crafted using Sketchup 8 before being converted to various other formats. Native format remains .skp, while 3dsmax scenes are built in 2016 with Vray 3.00 rendering. Sincere thanks to sketchycat, Google, www.smartfurniture.com, jimbo101, pianist, and other creators who shared their work. As we navigated a global rebranding initiative, it became clear that a fresh hub or headquarters was necessary. This structure is our central mainstay. Demolition of the old building took place to make way for a newly dug river and the planting of trees. Furthermore, during this process I repainted my Cadillac from its previous blue hue to a sleek silver metallic finish, a color palette that undoubtedly fits luxury vehicles more closely - namely black :D. This scene features only two areas furnished by me: my office and the second floor, in order to prevent unwieldy file sizes. Future uploads will showcase the other floors at a later time. Presently, this establishment accommodates only three individuals:\n Myself,\n Assistant M. Henderson,\n and financial manager B.
