RAVPower Battery Harness/ Counterweight for Oculus Quest

Looking around here on Thingiverse and the internet in general for a battery holder for my Quest, I couldn't find one for the RAVPower 10,000mAh that I had picked out for its smallish size, light but not too light weight, and ability to output 5V 3A on both the USB C and USB A ports. This is key for keeping the Quest charged when in use. My other criteria for this build included wanting something that would be easy to put the battery in and take out of, easy to clip it to the back of the headband, as well as a cable management loop at the front to keep the 3M cable I had from dangling all over the place.
