Ravioli Maker with Press, Various Sizes
thingiverse
I originally printed the 3x5 remix of MEH4d's ravioli maker, and decided to make some improvements. Although the I found the width to be perfect for the dough sheets my kitchenaid makes, and that the ravioli were a great size, i found that my pasta sheets were coming out longer than the 3x5 allowed. I have a CR10 with a 300x300 build area so I decided to make one long enough to fit my build volume and closer to the sheet size. When making a lot of ravioli i found it too tedious to push in every single center before stuffing w filling so i created a press to do them all at once. I eliminated the tapered holes and made them larger to allow for even more filling. Finally, I heightened the zig zag cutter pattern on the top as i found them to be a bit shallow to get a good cut, especially after I epoxied the original. Petg may be food safe but epoxy will make sure that it is watertight so nothing nasty will build up on or in it, and even better makes it dishwasher safe and much easier to clean. I am uploading various sizes so you can use whatever suits your printer best Please note: the 3x6 takes up most of the buildplate on its own so you may get a cannot slice error on your slicer if your skirt distance is set too far from the model. Try reducing first in settings then reloading the model. Any questions or feedback let me know, happy to know what you think.
