This is a model for all people who love birds created with BySoft CAM / SolidWorks. I ran the POC simulation with an Bystronic Xpert200/3100 4 axis back gauges press brake. Here I found that a 4 axis machine can do the job but requires a good and experienced operator. If you have no access to such operators then I would highly recommend to bend this part in a 5 or even better 6 axis back gauge machine because it will make ever bodies life so much easier. Look out for the problems I figured out when running the POC simulation in BySoft CAM. You ned a good tool set up. As usual . Lets bend and write me some comments if you found any problems or suggestions for improvement.
