Raven Pro Scanner Stand

This is a stand to hold a Raven Pro Scanner and make it easy to tilt for better screen viewing while saving desk space. The stand raises the back of the scanner approximately 3 inches, allowing both bottom paper trays to be pulled out even when the scanner is in use. Dimensions: 9.75" wide, 6.25" deep, 3" tall (in back) To assemble the stand, fasten rods with 1.25" long #6 screws. Sheet metal screws work well too. I also added 4 rubber feet to the bottom for stability. The connecting rods are 3/8 diameter and pilot holes for screws are 1/8". After assembling, a 3/8 drill bit was used to clean up the big holes and a 5/32 drill bit was run through the 1/8" holes on the bases to prevent screw bites. This allows rods to be pulled further into place by tightening screws.
